Atlanta Positions

Director of Nursing/RN will be responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the health and well-being of residents within our assisted living memory care community. Responsibilities include:

    • Maintain regulatory compliance
    • Knowledge of  Georgia Department of Health regulations
    • Ability to manage and delegate tasks to caregivers
    • Complete assessments and service plans
    • Management of medication and pharmacy regulations
    • Maintain an effective dementia program that enhances positive resident outcomes
    • Promote an environment where small and memorable experiences are created for our residents

Must be a licensed RN with at least 3 years experience with dementia care/geriatrics is required. We offer competitive salary and benefit package. Richmond Positions

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’S), Registered Med Aides (RMAs). Responsible for providing direct care and promoting a safe and healthy environment of care to clients in our community while adhering to company’s policies and procedures as well as its mission and vision. Must be a licensed RN with CPR and First Aid certification. At least 3 years experience with dementia care and geriatrics is required. We offer competitive salary and benefit package. Housekeeping Attendant – The Housekeeper is responsible to provide and perform daily cleaning of resident rooms and bathrooms in our assisted living community along with its Town Center environment, offices and other assigned areas. The Housekeeper will perform these duties in accordance with the company’s objectives.

The ideal candidate must have general housekeeping experience and able to speak the English language in order to understand verbal and written instructions with the ability to communicate to residents and staff members.
